Enhancement of high temperature performance is a feature of most NanoDiamond-Polymer composite materials and 3D printing with our new uDiamond® Enhanced 3D printing filament is no exception.
The Heat Deflection Temperature (HDTB) of this material is 107°C, and increaases to 125°C if the material is annealed after the part is created. A simple dip test into hot water when comparing the material with conventional PLA immediately shows the difference in this video:
